Used Radios

Why buy used?

Buying used radios is a great way to save some money without having to sacrifice on features and capability. Most, if not all, of the features available in new radios are also available in used radios, for a fraction of the cost.

We shop around and look for the best deals we can find to ensure we are providing a quality product at a good price.

“Why would I buy used radios from RC Communications and Training when I could find them myself?”

There can be some risk when buying used radios from sellers you aren’t familiar with. Used radios can be dead-on-arrival. They can be password protected. They may not be optioned for all the right features. The list goes on. We know what to look for when purchasing used radios to avoid running into these issues ourselves, but some will still make it through. When this happens, we will be the ones to take it up with the sellers to make it right, saving you from the hassle and headache that comes with those kinds of transactions.

We also function test the radios before listing them for sale to make sure everything is working properly, so you won’t have any surprises later.

We also include programming in the prices of our radios, to save you the added costs of programming software, programming cables and your time to learn the software and program the radios.

Our goal is to make your radio purchases as turn-key as possible.

Keep in mind:

Used radios will not come with a warranty. If in the first 30 days after your purchase you find a flaw in the radio that was not previously disclosed, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Batteries may also be used and may have a shorter life than new batteries.

Not all factory accessories may come with the radio. We can help you source whatever you need.

Current inventory will vary depending on what is available on the market currently. We offer various models from Motorola, Hytera, EF Johnson, Icom, and more. Message us for current availability.
